Rackmounts Etc Announces asset acquisition from Rackmount Micro, Inc.
Santee, California, June 27, 2007: Rackmounts Etc, a leading computer server manufacturer based in California today purchased some of Rackmount Micro, Inc. assets. Rackmount Micro Inc., is based in Chicago, Illinois. Both companies provide similar computer server manufacturing services catering to web hosting, data centers, and industrial clientele. The terms of the acquisition are not being released at this time.
