My name is Wayne Reavill, Jr. and I am the President of Blue Dotted, LLC. As many of you are already aware, I am pleased to announce today that we have completed the acquisition of MBLicenses.com. This acquisition includes all of the current MBLicenses.com assets, properties, and clients.
This transaction closely follows our very successful acquisition of Veritas Solutions/MBLicenses shared and reseller hosting client base which took place earlier this year.
MBLicenses.com has built a proven name over the past several years as the top Modernbill reseller in the industry. We are very excited about the future of MBLicenses.com and the opportunities we are able to offer current and future clients.
The success of this acquisition will be determined solely by our ability to address MBLicenses.coms customer needs. Blue Dotted is committed to not only providing you with the quality service you have become accustomed to, but raising those expectations to meet our level of excellence in the industry. I have been working personally with Stephen Preissler of MBLicenses.com, and will continue to do so throughout this transition phase.
We have an exciting marketing campaign lined up over the next 6 months for MBLicenses.com to further build our name in the industry, and will roll-out several more servers for our Modernbill Hosted solution as always, keeping security as our top priority.
