More Good News from EZZI.net!

WE'VE BEEN LISTENING ...

On an ongoing basis, customers, such as yourself, have been giving us very valuable feedback about their experiences at EZZI.net - and we've been listening - and working hard to change things here - to ensure that you receive the best Dedicated Server Hosing experience in the industry.

THE NEW EZZI.NET WEBSITE ...

Recently, we launched our new website. Please take a moment to login to your account and see the changes that we've made. You can now view your bills online and also make payments. If you use a credit card, your account will be billed automatically, but you will be able to see your bill online with details of all services that you have.

THE DATA CENTER STORY ...

As many of you know, EZZI.net has had their data center facilities at the Long Island Business & Technology Center for almost 3 years now. The facility initially gave us the opportunity to grow, but their inability to cope up with our demanding infrastructure needs soon caused us to change our aggressive growth model. The problems, as many of you know, have manifested themselves mainly in the form of intermittent power issues.

In the best interest of all our customers, we decided to build a brand new facility, and are currently in the process of completing this build-out.

The new facility will offer a better connecitivity to the NYC hubs - initially over Verizon and Time Warner Telecom fiber. Verizon is already up and running, and TW is in the proess of completing its build. We are also in negotiations with other carriers for additional paths. The new power build-out, needless to mention, includes UPS + dual backup generators.

Upstreams at the new location will initially be Level3, Tiscali and HE. We will add other carriers very soon.

We are hoping to complete construction within another 5-7 days, after which all new servers will be provisioned within this new build-out. Existing customers will be given a timetable for migration, and we will move your existing servers into the new setup with MINIMAL disruption.

Co-location customers: The new facility is located in Fort Lee, New Jersey, which is about 50 miles from the current data center, and just across the Geroge Washington bridge from New York city. Your co-location cabinets will be pre-built and ready for your equipment by November 11, 2005. You may schedule your move at any time, and our migration team will do the rest.

The location was selected based on (1) the proximity to New York city, so that our co-location customers (most of whom are located in Manhattan, NY) may have easier access to us, (2) the distance from the existing facility, so that managing both locations as well as migration would be easier, and (3) the presence of multiple fiber providers.

MORE GOOD THINGS COMING YOUR WAY ...

- Our current 99.5% SLA will increase to 99.9% across the board for all services.

- We are increasing the number of firewalls on the network to reduce the load on each individual firewall and eliminate bottlenecks.

- We will shortly introduce 24/7 pro-active monitoring on each and every server - which means that if your server ever goes down - we will know immediately, and be standing by to take action.

- Once the new facility and network are operational, we will re-initiate private peering with 30+ carriers, including direct routes to Akamai (giving us a direct route to sites like download.microsoft.com), the F-root DNS server, Google and Yahoo!

As always, we thank you for your continued patronage, and we promise to strive towards providing you a higher level of service each and every day.

If you have any questions whatsoever about the new facility, infrastructure or the migration process, please send an e-mail to DATACENTER@ezzi.net and one of our customer service representatives will respond to you shortly.

If you have any unresolved issues at EZZI.net, whether they relate to customer service or billing, please send an e-mail to KEEPMEHAPPY@ezzi.net. This e-mail will be monitored by senior staff who have the authority to take action on any matter.
