SiteSouth Expands at 56 Marietta / Telx

Posted by mgphoto, 01-30-2005, 07:58 PM SiteSouth is pleased to announce it has acquired additional private space at 56 Marietta Street in Atlanta, GA. The facility is based within a direct backbone provider with bandwidth capacity of five OC48s. The new network includes redundant Cisco core routers with fiber based Foundry Networks routers used for distribution and switching. The new space will allow SiteSouth to add up to an additional 36 racks of colocation space with an option for another 24 racks of space.
Additionally, SiteSouth has announced its new Enterprise Colocation Service. SiteSouth has developed an In-depth solution dedicated to business and enterprise colocation clients including dedicated Intrusion Detection Systems, SPAM and Virus Filtering and Content and Data Security.
SiteSouth has provided colocation and dedicated server hosting since 2001. The company operates from two data centers located within 55 Marietta Street and 56 Marietta Street in Atlanta, GA. The company plans additional expansion in Las Vegas, NV during the first quarter of 2005.
