Mr. Mitchell has been chosen for this position because his extensive business experience makes him the ideal candidate to lead Site5s next phase of growth, which includes the release of a new website, a new line of services, several new tools for customers, and a new software division.
Mr. Mitchell is a well known figure in the web hosting industry and has commendable business management skills and experience. Furthermore, he previously served as Sales Manager and, more recently, Vice President of Corporate Operations for Site5. During that time Mr. Mitchell implemented many programs and policies that are still in effect, as well as streamlined operations and worked to drastically improve customer satisfaction at Site5. As COO, he will be continuing this mission as well as overseeing all of the companys operations.

This appointment is effective as of October 1st, 2003.
