We're aware of the issue, it's related to buggy software on the network gear. Working on getting it back up.

Thanks!

Offline for me. My dedicated server (maxshosting.com) is also offline. Looks like a network outage.

I'm going to guess that this affected all of Choopa's network, as my machine with them had an issue as well. I also just recieved an email from them.

Dear Choopa Client,

You are receiving this message in response to a recent network event related to Reference Ticket Number BWC-13765 (all times US eastern).

Event Type: Management Module Failover

Start Time: 2013-12-03 02:45

End Time: 2013-12-03 03:00

Location(s): Piscatway, NJ

Device(s): br1.pnj1

Client Affecting: Possible

Event Summary: The software defect discussed in the Emergency Maintenance Window notification has caused an OOM (Out of Memory) condition on the the active management module. This condition triggered a failover to the Standby module. This transition reset BGP peers which had temporary impact on routing. The Emergency Maintenance Window will proceed as planned tonight and the network is expected to be stable until that time.

If you have any questions regarding this notice, please contact us at https://my.choopa.com.

Sincerely,

Choopa Notifications Group
