GTT/Nlayer Outages in Dallas

This year we have seen atleast 2-3 outages from them, anyone from dallas market have similar experiences ?
Also we see better routes through HE than nlayer. Latest outage was today for about 25 mins.

You are lucky. They have more outages in Seattle.

What is time duration of last 2 outages.Also does these outages really matters?Since most server companies use multiple bandwidth providers to avoid downtime.

Well, really, it does matter, because some providers have better routes to some places than other providers. So, if there is a provider missing from the network, it means that at the very least, there is potential for suboptimal routing.

Additionally we have couple of clients who specifically wants them to be routed to gtt, so its a down down for them entirely. A downtime is a downtime period.
