GTT/Nlayer Outages in Dallas

This year we have seen atleast 2-3 outages from them, anyone from dallas market have similar experiences ?
Also we see better routes through HE than nlayer. Latest outage was today for about 25 mins. |

What is time duration of last 2 outages.Also does these outages really matters?Since most server companies use multiple bandwidth providers to avoid downtime. |

Well, really, it does matter, because some providers have better routes to some places than other providers. So, if there is a provider missing from the network, it means that at the very least, there is potential for suboptimal routing. |

Additionally we have couple of clients who specifically wants them to be routed to gtt, so its a down down for them entirely. A downtime is a downtime period. |
