Just wondering if anyone else has a service with databasebydesignllc.com that is down?

Can uh anyone reach 199.187.127.245?

I mailed the provider but it doesnt seem very likely that they will be reading it soon if this image is to be believed:

I guess someone merged our posts, I was trying to avoid naming + shaming.

But the answer is yes, down for almost 32mins now.

At least it is not just me.

It was not my intention to name and shame.
I have no issues with them and would gladly recommend them to anyone.

Form memory this is the first time something like has occurred with the service I have with them.

I'm a large client of theirs. Darin is completely unreachable. Been trying his direct line for the past 30 minutes now... I'm more than a bit worried right now.

Its my biggest gripe. Sure when things are fine they are fine - but when they are not you can't reach anyone.

So fingers crossed they have just decided to ignore customers as usual and fix the issue at hand.

We are aware of the current network issue and are working to resolve this as quickly as possible. Unfortunately this outage has affected our phone system also. Please stay tuned for more info.

This is extremely concerning. If your network goes hard down there's no way to reach you other than to hope that someone is on call and noticed it?

Totally agree, this is the first time that I have problems in about 5-6 years already.

The network issue has been resolved. This outage took place at 9:01AM EST on 10/19/2013 and resolved at 10:19AM EST. An RFO will be made available to all clients within 48 hours, please await further instruction for SLA credits.
