Medialayer down?

I have a site on Medialayer, and my website is down for about 5 hours.
I sent a support ticket but I'm still waiting for a reply, Its been about 5 hours.
Anyone else is having issues with Medialayer? |

Are you on Tesla? Got a 'Too many connections error' thrown by MySQL there. |

Yes, I'm on Tesla.
I'm getting Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2)
And my website and email is dead  |

Annoying.. I don't know what's wrong with them lately. I have even recommended them to my friends because of their fast response times.
You'd say MySQL failing would set off all kinds of red flags... |

Annoying indeed, if at least one of the support staff can answer my ticket to get more info...that would be great. |
