Servers in AMS are down in addition their website appears to be down.

In one of the two datacenters in the Netherlands we use (Easynet), The power feeds went offline. Apparently a Transformator failed. We are not certain why the emergency power did not take over the load. Our engineers are onsite and will check all affected servers once the power comes back online. Sadly our Email and website systems are both affected, we are working to bring at least Email system online asap.

We have mail and ticket systems back online but most of the power is still off.

Unfortunately not (yet) for all clients, as part of the power feeds are still without power.

We have moved customers to other racks where possible to get them back online, one feed is still down.

The 'unofficial' ETA update is that the datacenter expects to restore full power in 30 to 60 minutes from now.

New update:
Third party engineers of Liander (Dutch power company) are investigating the problems.
There is unfortunately no official ETR at this point.

Coming up for 7 hours is pretty extensive power related downtime. Thankfully only one of our servers is still down; however it's still a PITA. Hopefully the problem can be identified and preventative measures put in place going forward.

The work has been completed and we now bring up racks on by one, we aim to finalize this within 2 hours.

Great I Hope that dot tk registry will be restored soon as well.
