Xinix down for a long time and no tickets are replied since yesterday

Not only is Xinix.net shared server down for a long time but no tickets are replied since yesterday.

I signed up only because they advertised WHMXtra and I wanted to test it out before buying a license... but they couldn't deliver it.
Worse, they continued to promote the WHMXtra feature knowing well they didn't offer it.

Yesterday I discovered they are suspended here at WebhostingTalk.

Today I asked a refund as I prepaid for one year... again no reply.

Conclusion: an established WHT member (5+ years) and a registered company isn't a guarantee of quality. A pity.

Ticket ID: 230647

It would be very important for our tickets to be replied, otherwise we cannot think anything good about the situation, the main idea among those I talked was that the company was gone...

Well Said.

Actually the Cyber Cell Temporarily blocked ALL access to our US Operations, including WHMCS.
Things were cleared rapidly and we were out of this, but that took almost 3 days.

XiNiX has been here for a long time. and plz stay assured we are updating the tickets ASAP.
