Is anyone else experiencing very high packet loss?

64 bytes from 64.191.72.x: icmp_req=19 ttl=61 time=92.4 ms
64 bytes from 64.191.72.x: icmp_req=45 ttl=61 time=92.3 ms
64 bytes from 64.191.72.x: icmp_req=52 ttl=61 time=92.2 ms
64 bytes from 64.191.72.x: icmp_req=59 ttl=61 time=92.1 ms

ping.ms is showing 75-100% packet loss
http://ping.ms/#burst.net also showing 25% packet loss from some locations.
Started about 2 hours ago. Logged a ticket still no response.
Been on hold 2 hours on the phone, and I just got cut off. |

I'm only seeing their site down, but all of our servers there are alive and kicking. Could be an issue with their web server. Definitely not a network or provider outage. |

Least i got an answer as to what is going on. Now i feel better knowing but i'm surprised your network can't handle the ddos? Hopefully you guys come out swinging |

No, it can, we're just in the middle moving stuff around, and reconfiguring some things, as it was all just relocated from the old facility to the new.
