Servint.net down?

Is servint.net down for somebody?
I can access my websites slowly, but I can't access to servint.net or their forum. |

I can confirm the same! I cannot access to any of the sites, email or Servint Portal or site. Can someone confirm this as well? |

I can access all my sites just fine, but Pingdom is showing repeated downtime (4th within the past hour now).
Edit: OK, now ServInt forums is not accessible for me, too... |

Now their website is back for me. |

I wasn't able to access my server neither Servint's for more than 40 minutes. Now everything seems ok.
But now that I see, there is nothing to inform of this kind of stuff from their part. Both Twitter and Facebook aren't updated, but there is several messages asking for answers without answer. |

Websites ok, but mail service is unreachable.
True Oloud, they need something outside their netword for network status and issues. I think they had it some years ago. |

I have posted in ServInt's internal forums about this issue. We had been experiencing a hardware/software problem in a section of our Reston, VA network that was causing periodic network degradation in that location. Our engineers have repaired much of the problem already and are currently working to finish the fix. Happy to answer any other questions. Best place is probably here:

"As part of our 99.9% uptime guarantee customers receive a credit of 5% of their monthly bill for each 30 minutes of network downtime, up to a maximum 100% of their monthly bill."
