I understand it's only 6$ a month but I think even an update like "still being worked on by OnApp" would bring a little bit of comfort. Last response was around 11:00PM yesterday
Posted by murphyslaw4267, 07-30-2013, 01:27 PM My cloud server with them went offline yesterday at about 5 PM EST and came back up at about 4 AM EST this morning. I checked and its still up. You might be on a different physical box that they're still working on. I never got an update either, their staff didn't know anything about the outage it seems beyond their initial announcement.
