There was a denial of service attack that has since been mitigated. You can follow our status updates on Twitter if you need more information during an outage. |

I'm seeing packet loss on my nodes there as well right now, I've opened a ticket with them about it. Waiting for a reply. |

As stated above, we post updates to Twitter when there is an issue. You can find the information about how to get access to the Twitter account in your welcome e-mail. |
