Coloat Atlanta Down Again

Posted by Kett2004, 07-12-2013, 01:51 PM
It seems that Coloat at the 34 Peachtree location is down again.

I can't reach any of my servers and the coloat.com website and customer portal are both down.

Yup seems so for me as well. They guaranteed that changing the generator won't impact services. This is crazy.

I hope they were smart enough not to make changes in the middle of a business day, but given their lack of planning prior to the last outage I guess I shouldn't be surprised at this.

You'd think they would host there main billing / ticket system off site.

I'm back online.

We have a server still down which had a long downtime due to hardware failure the last time round. No one is replying to our tickets or picking up our calls so it looks like it's going to happen again this time. We need help to help our clients.
