Enotch - down AGAIN

Enotch is down again - their website and their vps's are down, for 4 hours now (since 9 AM GMT), and again - no way to reach them on their phone, emails of course don't work, nor does their support portal, since it's hosted on the same server.
This is happening on regular basis - every two or three weeks, they go down for a few hours, without any heads-up.

A quick update:
Everything is up again - the downtime was for about 9 hours and a half.
No communication was received from eNotch in regards to this outage. |

Was it isolated to just one of there DC's? |

As much as I know the outage was for their server(s) in Atlanta DC.
Since their website was down as well as my VPS, I assume they only have one server in Atlanta, although I've been told they have another DC in NY but I don't know that for sure (maybe someone else can confirm this?).
Let me just mention again, that this has happened before quite a few times - about every three weeks everything goes down for 4-9 hours... and on weekly basis for a few minutes (5-15 minutes). For now, every time it went down, they told me it was something to do with the way they do backups and that's all the info I received.
In this last outage, I didn't receive any info (by that I mean - they didn't send out any communications with an explanation on why this happened, nor did they reply to my support ticket - that I was finally able to open, only after everything was up again, since the only way of contacting them is via their website...that was down  ). |

This time it was just a 20 min outage Let's see how long the 'uptime' lasts this time |
