The delimiter.us frankfurth server has been down for 5 days now. Does anyone know how to get in touch with these guys? I've tried submitting multiple tickets with no reply.
At least I need to get the data from them to host it somewhere else. |

Hi,
I'm in the same boat here. I have a VPS50.
There has been an outage on the 11th of june as well.
I never got an answer but my ticket was closed.
I took a new VPS at dominion hosting...

Sounds like you just need to find a new host. There really isn't any excuse to be down that long without an explanation/fix. |

Unbelievable, servers are still down.
Already migrated to new servers but would like to get a backups of the files on that server  |

Hi,
My VPS at Delimiter has been down for several weeks.
I've been desperately trying to contact anybody at Delimiter by sending tickets and e-mails to the only e-mail address that appears on Delimiter.us website (sales@delimitervps.com).
But I got NO ANSWER !!
I am desperate. I don't know what to do to get a BACKUP of my data. All my work and websites are hosted on this VPS. I really need a BACKUP.... It is very important to me.
Does anybody succeeded in contacting the support team ?
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me....

Hi, I too am in the same situation am desperate I have just over a month with the server down and now I care about is the data of every website that hosts.
