It's down again, again, and again

Anyone know why this month Ecatel has so much down time?

Network impact: *MAX 5-8 minutes*

INFORMATION

We see some CRC errors on a few DWDM channels at our colocation facility. We think there is a problem with the fiber connection or Multiplexer. At this moment there is no problems because of this errors but in peak hour there can be network issues if we dont take any action NOW.

We will test current cabling, because of that network will switch to redundant mode. There will be a minor interruption because of that.
Please do not worry as the switch can only take 5-max 8 minutes.
