RazorServers down way past migration window

I received a notice stating from the 22nd to the 23rd they would be moving my server to a the new datacenter owned by Sago. It is now the 25th and my server is still down with no response from RazorServers.

My ticket has been open for 13 hours so far, and my server down for more than 48. I believe most of the other customers are still down.

I believe they were acquired by Sago according to the press release, not just moving to a new facility. http://sagonet.com/2013/06/sago-netw...razor-servers/

If are not getting answers from Razor, have you tried Sago...the new owners?

Good luck getting responses. I have since left them and gone to Hudson Valley hosting. I will be posting my review of them. If your experience is anything like ours you better start looking for a new host. Worst part is they will NEVER call you back.

Wow man, that's really funny. I moved over to the exact same company, Hudson Valley Hosting. Crazy coincidence, but they have great prices.
