Anybody else having issues with JaguarPC right now?

We have had a lot of issues with JaguarPC during the last week, and we thought this week would be different.
My VPS is down and as always JaguarPC take hours to respond.
So I was wondering if anybody else is having the same problem right now. |

Telephone calls end to a voice mailbox and chat representative tells to wait for a response from support. |

My problem with JaguarPC is with the technical support, really is poor, take hours or days to respond.
It is very unfortunate what happens to the tech support at JaguarPC.
Sorry to say because I have several years with JaguarPC, but I have already started changing some of my accounts to another web hosting company. |

12 hours after my last ticket submission. My VPS is still down and JaguarPC support keeps ignoring my messages. |

We no longer offer phone and live chat support. We haven't offered phone support in a year now. If you would provide a ticket #, I'd be happy to take a look into it. |

Welcome to the club ... I have hours waiting for a reply on my tickets, the poor tech support in JaguarPC I'm not surprised, but I have frustrated and disappointed. |

I finally managed to restart my VPS using the Virtuozzo control panel...without any help from JaguarPC
Now I have started moving my accounts to another provider..

Thanks, but normally support staff takes one day to answer a ticket...Honestly, you consider this is a good service? |

i read several bad reviews in a week about jaguarpc..

I think what is happening at JaguarPC, is that they have largely neglected the issue of technical support and it seems that no one takes this topic seriously. |

I wasn´t actually expecting to receive support by phone.
I wanted to talk with some to tell him that my support ticket has been ignored for more than 12 hours.

We've been with JaguarPC for 5 years. Pay the fees, every month. Now, when we need help, no one wants to help us quickly. Our site has been down ("synflood attack") for 4 days. No site. No emails. No help or sense of immediacy to help us get the site back online at all from JaguarPC. |
