Ecatel website and all servers offline.

http://myserverpanel.net/ http://ecatel.net/ All appear offline, both my servers with them are also offline. Can anyone else confirm this or have any updates? It's been having huge packetloss for the past few hours. Edit: Started seeing problems at 10:21AM BST.
