Seems offline both nodes of my collocated stuffs and all ips are tracerouting fine to ams right up to there network possible DC outage?
myserverpanel.net is offline too :/

I can vouch, I have several dedicated servers through them and they are completely unreachable as of about an hour ago. |

I have the same issues, Ecatel has had a lot of down time recently. |

the fact they dont host the support/status elsewhere so we can be apprised of the whats going on is tacky as hell wish they could do that the very least |

We are sorry for not posting earlier in this topic. There is a problem with fiber equipment at this moment. Because of that a big part of our betwork is offline. Techs are working on a solution. Our wel mean apologies for this matter. It will be solved ASAP. |

Thanks for the update.
Suggestion:
Do you think in future you could host your support/client areas separately so we can still reach you in event of emergency? Or at the very least your status page with updates?
Almost all host i know of much less DC do this as a standard kinda confusing that you guys don't and it would help keep all the confusion/speculation minimized in future. |

Staff is working very hard on a solution. There is a problem with a manhole which tech staff is currently fixing. All will be back ASAP. |

yeah no **** man its embarrassing as a host when you don't have specific answers for your clients due vague DC delayed replies...especially when its personally owned hardware vs leased stuffs
