Burst.net support not loading?

Posted by Deroba, 06-03-2013, 03:26 PM
Anybody else facing issues loading support.burst.net? Chrome will just try to keep loading, firefox times out.

Out of nowhere they cancelled my service which I had ordered today?

365596.deroba is the service if they happen to be online.

EDIT: I see they canceled the service, didn't process the order and marked the invoice (11018180) as refunded (Didn't get any refund though).

I'm not sure about the support but the cancellation could be due to their high fraud check. They use Maxmind phone call verification for their fraud check did you happen to do the fraud call? if that is not performed they cancel your order. I remember years ago when I tried them... I thought they were just bad so they didn't want my service, but actually they have to do a an automated fraud call and then service stays at pending.

Yes, I got the call and I put the pin. I have done it many times with them.

Oh, well once they cancelled my order once due to them running out of stock... But this was a few years ago.. maybe wait till your support comes online and then try contacting them.

I used to order a lot of budget VPS's for my monitoring service.
