hostdime india - whats going on?

my reseller server with HD india has been down for the last 3 hours, their india website has been broken for atleast a month now, and live chat is not working.
phone support tells me this is a minor issue?
any idea whats going on? |

Why don't you try contacting them and instead, you create a forum thread? I didn't know that WHT became HostDime's public forum.
Edit: it has been really a forum to monitor ISPs. |

actually, if you read my post, you will see that i did contact them. the answer was not very satisfactory, so i was wondering whats going on.
besides, this is a " Providers and Network Outages and Updates" board.

Hi Marcos,
it got sorted a few seconds after i posted here. No i had not raised a ticket, I spoke to phone support and wasnt able to connect to chat or core.
btw the HD india homepage is still broken ( not that it affects me really) but maybe you want to have a look |

Our HostDime India page has not been experiencing any issues that we know of. It resolves for us and has without issue all day, as it is not hosted in our HDUS Data Center where we experienced issues earlier this morning with a portion of our network. This specific issue may be a local problem with your ISP and we encourage you to contact us at our support email (core.desk@hostdime.in) so we can better guide you to a resolution to this problem.

I did think it was a ISP issue, which is why i waited 3 hours before trying pingdom, which also showed the sites as down. thats hen i tried chat/core and after that as a last resort I called. I hate phone support too.
Your phone support acknowledged that there was a network issue at your datacenter. and that was also affecting the live chat services.
Thanks for sending the email id, but my registered email is hosted by you so i couldnt have got in touch via email. |

Please see the edit to my post above, as I clarified further. The issue I was speaking to was your report of hostdime.in being down. We did experience a network routing issue in our HDUS data center with a portion of our network, but the hostdime.in site was not affected as it is not hosted in HDUS nor reliant on the data center here in Orlando at all.

HD India site loading fine from our end and live-chat is working .I would suggest to clear your system end cache from ccleaner ,install proper antivirus if not installed and check again .
