I hate doing this but...
Today, about three and a half hours ago (at 5.20 GMT), Enotch Networks went offline.
Everything - all their websites (enotch.com, enotchnetworks.com,..), solusvm cp, vps's on KVM1 node.
Since their site is down, so are their emails and support portal, and I can't reach them on the phone listed in whois, I'm opening this thread.
Anyone know's what's going on ? |

I can also confirm that their site is not loading here from EU (NL). |

Hope they manage to resolve asap or post an announcement as to what the issue is at least to ease clients. |

Services were restored around 6:30 am est time. This outage only affected VPS services that are offered out of Atlanta. To be clear, dedicated servers and colocated customers in LA, New York and New Jersey are unaffected and isolated.
We will formulate a plan of action to remediate this issue going forward and communicate to the customers today. We are sorry for any issues caused. Credits will be issued to those affected.
