Virpus VPS/client portal access problem

For several hours I experienced extremely slow access to a Virpus-hosted VPS. The tech.support finally did something and the VPS, for a brief time period, became quite quick to respond to commands.
Now I see all the problems returned:
- VPS almost inaccessible by SSH/HTTPS
- massive packets losses
The above now affects both VPS in question and Virpus client portal (myvirpus.com; Cloudflare repeatedly reports it's not accessible).
Using proxies doesn't help; problem isn't related to my local connectivity/routing problems.
Am I the only one experiencing problems with Virpus resources at the moment?
