Burst Vps Florida Location

Since one of our vps server was not accessible I opened up a support ticket . Since I got no reply , I call them up and got to understand that there is a huge flood which is affecting services at Miami facility . Anyone else using their Florida location who is down. I have had no pings since almost about 2 hours now.

You can try to catch them on AIM livechat, this may be a faster way to get problems resolved.
