Some of our customer may be having some connectivity issues at the moment. This includes web and mysql services, but no mail services are affected. We are investigating the root cause and are working towards resolving it. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this is causing and rest assured that we will post updates whenever more information becomes available.
Update May 13th 1:00pm PDT: We are sorry that this is taking a while to resolve due to the nature of the fix it takes a bit of time to deploy in each case. We are of course rolling out the fix as quickly as possible and it does appear to be working on those servers to which it has been applied.
