CoreSpace down?

Lost connection to my 3 boxes over at CoreSpace, and can't even load their support portal to ask what's going on.
Not the first issues we've had with their network either. |

Actually I can log in into their support center, but our boxes are down too. Don't know what is going on.

Everything back up and running now. Appears there was about 3 hours of downtime, and it took them over an hour to reply initially. Not good.
Still awaiting a reply as to what actually caused the downtime. 3 hours and counting. |

Seeing massive packet loss across their network now. I can barely access any of my servers with them. |

I wouldn't tolerate 3 hours of downtime. I would say it's time to pack up and move. |

The recent downtime was caused by a mild DDoS attack against one of my servers. Somehow, that managed to bring all 3 of my servers almost offline though.
Unfortunately we signed 12 month contracts with these guys so we're stuck for now. We're just trying to make the best of it. |
