Hello,
We are aware of this issue. It is only in Kansas City and not Dallas.
Working on the issue. You are always free to email us: support@ionity.com
or visit the twitter page at https://twitter.com/ionitycom
Any systems designed to fail over to Dallas automatically should have already done so.
Will update twitter with more details. |

No problem.
We are sorry for the outage. Working to make sure everything is running smooth. Will send out a proper notice and address any SLA credits.

If you can open a support ticket or email support with your server details it can be checked.
While webhostingtalk is a method of checking status it is also not monitored for support. If you open a ticket we will check it right away. |

ionity just went down a few minutes ago. I cannot reach any of my servers and the http://customer.ionity.com/ site is down as well, so I cannot submit any tickets. |

Just came back up. Seems to have been a network outage, as machine still has full uptime. |

It appears that there was a BGP issue with announcing the IP space to the world.
Working to confirm this with Internap now.
No services were out as far as power, etc. |
