budgetvm ticket system crashed. i noticed them several time about their ticket system. now crashed.

and you guys didn't reply my ticket over 24 hours. my server down over 48 hours. very bad support. however i am unable to send PM. if you send me a PM then maybe i will able to reply.

We had a DNS issue related to Cloudflare about 48 hours ago, but most users should not have any problems at this point.

Maybe clear your DNS cache?

other function is ok. only ticket function is crashed. also ticket system all time too much slow. and why you didn't reply my ticket. its gone over 48 hours. is this your 24/7 technical support? you suspended my server without any valid reason.

i cleared my DNS cache. still same :-s the problem is your integration between your whmcs and kayako

at previous they also replied me within 2 hours. i said about last issue. you can check right now. system still down.
