We're fully up and functional with no outage reports, other than this.
I am seeing some WHT error messages down to config.php though.

Yep it seems up and online now. It was definitely down, host-tracker confirmed, not pingable etc. Also other WHT user confirmed it.
Either way, glad it's resolved.
