Not much consolation, but we have a large cage in GNAX Atlanta and use some of their bandwidth for some applications / one of our networks and it is all up.

Thanks. I'm thinking this is likely isolated to my server but troubled by the fact that I can't get to the portal either. |

Your portal is now up and working. It appears you've disabled your old Helpdesk though and you get redirected to a broken page when you attempt to open a Helpdesk ticket through the portal. I made your tech aware of that when I spoke with them.

Yes your ticket system is broken badly now through the portal I just spoke with Nick on the phone about it and he confirmed and passed it on to the portal folks but you might want to put the old ticket system back on line until you fix the new one cause it ain't good to not be able to open tickets to your data center in case of an emergency. |
