[Tektonic] Anyone else having issues?

My VPS at Tektonic AtlantaNAP has been offline for days.
- 3/29 1 PM: ticket opened
- 3/29 5 PM: Matt Ayers asked for IP address (not sure why they didn't just look at my account because there is only one IP there)
- 3/29 6 PM: I provided the IP address
- 3/30 5:30 AM: Asked for update
- 3/30 noon: Asked for update
- 3/31 2 days later: still no further response/update and no resolution
Anyone else with outage at Tektonic? I am not in hurry to get it resolved but I wished there is at least some update on what the issues are.
Posted by Nemke, 04-08-2013, 05:54 PM I noticed lately seldom slow downs and unresponsiveness of my VPS, but no outage.
By the way, when I have emergency i go to their site and ask them via chat what is the problem, it's much more quicker then waiting for answer over ticket.
