It seems that jaguarpc and all of our server in their network are down and not reachable at the moment. Can anyone confirm when they can be back?

JPC are the only who can confirm. Have you contacted them before posted here? Their main website is up and working fine.

Sorry seems issue was related to sea backbone cable broken for connectivity in India. http://www.livemint.com/Industry/dzP...t-for-two.html and http://economictimes.indiatimes.com/...w/19268087.cms
