OnraHost - the reseller server got down!

We had a reseller account with OnraHost and still keep it until now. The server has stopped from 25/02/2013 12:00 without any notice.
Contact support regarding the downtime issue, however they NEVER answer.
Downtime total: about 18 hours.
The server: webserverwelcome
Any same issue?

You may want to check the Server Status page to see if there are any known issues with the box. http://client.onrahost.com/serverstatus.php (I dont have a login so I cant check)
