Does anyone have a server with datashack and can tell me if there's an outage at the moment? Many of our servers are offline and I haven't received a response from them yet.

If you're having an issue, please submit a ticket and one of the techs will help you out.

Please open a ticket and a tech will connect you with billing to get this sorted out.
