Incero Down

Is anybody else having a problem with the Incero network? My servers seem to be down and so does their main site but the billing panel is up.

Seems the full CoreXchange datacenter is down? Anybody else having these problems?

Yes, entire Corexchange DC appears to be down. Can't get a hold of them on the phone or ticket yet. Been down for about 10-15 minutes.

Yes, it is a data center problem. I already sent a ticket to their network engineer since we have cabinets there too.

Corex never went down here my servers are up. I think people that went down are who rent cage space on the other side of the shipping dock.

You can follow our twitter for updates whenever needed. Also our phones and support portal are hosted off-site so they won't be down when anything else is down.

A or B side power went down at the datacenter. Customers who have selected redundant A+B power were not affected, nor was our network which is redundant powered. While such a power event is rare if you need to get onto a redunant powered server just ask us for some options.

Thanks!
