I can't connect to my VM at HostHatch for more than 20 minutes now. I can't load their website too.
The same problem occur recently where there was DDOS attack on their network. |

Their main website is up now but my VM still down. They say that there is ongoing DDOS attack to one of the hypervisor.. |

Their website & my VM down again for the past few hours. I manage to contact support & they say that there is an issue in their infrastructure. |

Hey guys,
The US cloud nodes and Hosthatch their own main website are having issues for over days now.
When I checked my server last thursday I seen it was offline, together with Hosthatch their website. My customers contacted my and told me it was offline for 12 hours already.
After I contacted Hosthatch they said it was caused by one of their SAN devices being broken.
Thursday, after many hours of silence there was an ETA of 18 hours:

Hours later (Friday) was said their VM's are starting up:

21 hours ago they said it would be all fixed in 3 hours!

Right now, still the main site of HostHatch is offline, my vm is offline! This is since Thursday already!
And where is this 24/7 support now? I am waiting for days already |

They finally fixed it, this had financial consequences for my company, but happy to have it all back working. |
