Posted by milliondollar, 01-13-2013, 12:02 PM
I can't connect to my VM at HostHatch for more than 20 minutes now. I can't load their website too.

The same problem occur recently where there was DDOS attack on their network.

Their main website is up now but my VM still down. They say that there is ongoing DDOS attack to one of the hypervisor..

Their website & my VM down again for the past few hours. I manage to contact support & they say that there is an issue in their infrastructure.

Hey guys,

The US cloud nodes and Hosthatch their own main website are having issues for over days now.
When I checked my server last thursday I seen it was offline, together with Hosthatch their website. My customers contacted my and told me it was offline for 12 hours already.
After I contacted Hosthatch they said it was caused by one of their SAN devices being broken.
Thursday, after many hours of silence there was an ETA of 18 hours:
prntscr,com/qmil0
Hours later (Friday) was said their VM's are starting up:
prntscr,com/qmis4
21 hours ago they said it would be all fixed in 3 hours!
prntscr,com/qmiwy

Right now, still the main site of HostHatch is offline, my vm is offline! This is since Thursday already!

And where is this 24/7 support now? I am waiting for days already

I would say to give them more time.

They finally fixed it, this had financial consequences for my company, but happy to have it all back working.
