Ecatel downe and ticket no anwer me

Hello all
We see a invoice unpaid and paid it 8 hours ago but poer on server
network is Red and downe send ticket 7 hours ago to support 24x7
But no answer me we crating 5 ticket sales & noc & Support
never answer i call with 702204015 But worn phone why?
please help me have phone from ecatel support? |

all of our servers with Ecatel are up. so its seems like your server is the only one down. (have you tried to reboot it?)
you should wait for Ecatel support to check your server and don't forget its XMAS in NL.

We Reboot but no back online yes iknow i should wait but max
4hours i Ca;n wait i want 4 Dedicated server from ecatel still wait

all problems solved? else please pm me your client ID so i can check the situation for you!
it is possible response times are a bit slower than normal, this due to less availible staff and a lot of requests during the holidays. Our well mean apologies for this! |
