k-disk reseller down ??

hello
im on chicago sever (reseller customer)
i notice this downtime happend since 4 hours ago and i just wake up this morning because my client calling me, 10 minute ago i send ticket support but not received any replay yet from them, and this is not as usuall, k-disk usually respon every ticket very fast
please k-disk where is your respons about this ??? |
