Who's with Resellerzoom or Hostingzoom?

My sites are down for three days now.

According to them a specific server is under DDOS attack. They said all the data are safe.

And they are transferring clients to gradually to another server.

This is probably the longest they've been down.

I'm thinking of transferring to another host. I've been with them for more than 5 years already.

Hello Jeffrey,

Sorry about the DDoS on Zeus. If you shoot me your CID, I'll make sure your account gets credit for it.

I have a site hosted at hosting zoom and it is opening fine.
If they are transferring your site to a new server then you must give it one another try.

My server VZ9 with Hostingzoom has been down for 4 days now.
I am told they are doing a rebuild.

They are even claming that since it is a rebuild, is not being "down", technically maybe they are right, but all my websites are down, that is for sure.

Extremely difficult to judge the situation now, would appreciate advice.

Is 4 days for a rebuild normal?

They say they will move my account to a new server VZ6, the typical move around trick. Will this mean I need to update nameservers etc?
