Rackspace ORD Network ( CHI-TOWN )

Been having terrible packet loss and dropped HTTP connections from Rackspace ORD network in Chicago for the past 4 days. ( in upwards of 70% dropped connections ) Their support is also intermittent in acknowledging the problem. It's been 4 days! and they finally are owning up to an issue with their networking. Anybody else having this issue? and has Rackspace's support been declining for you since they've launched OpenShat i mean OpenStack....... Seems like they're losing their talent over there.

We've got a few racks of gear there and haven't noticed any packet loss. Sounds like something that's isolate to where you are in the facility.
