Our upstream provider is experiencing issues with a SAN array. Presently this is affecting the company website and some UK shared hosting clients. This has also degraded DNS services, so there may be intermittant errors accessing some of the streaming servers. A full report will be given to all clients as soon as this issue is resolved.

DNS has been re-routed, so as soon as changes propogate, the streaming servers should remain working properly. If we do not have a resolution within the next hour we will restore backups onto a server from another provider.
