My badtime with enzu inc

I have 3 vps with enzu inc, there support is not good, not responsive. they response their every ticket/complaint after 2-3 days, First month was their network.. i thought ok maybe they have issue. but there vps better than others, Now again i have network issue on my all vps. My clients are angry on me.. Tell me what to do ??
I have called them on phone. submited ticket, messaged them on fb page



I was thinking to business with enzu inc, because they have good vps..
but their network issue... Please suggest me, or tell me any other vps provider who provides vps as enzu have packages

true, they only replying once a day, no matter there are more reply again from us, they dont care. I have wrong report abuse case with them.

You bought yearly plan 128-256ram plan? Yes.. when i bought they suspend my vps because of wrong abuse, vps was offline that time, and they said we have recieved your abuse report.. 0n yearly plan

Do you also experienced that "wrong abuse"? hmm what happen actually with them, and thank god i'm just monthly plan, here are my case:

Actually currently i still have another 2 active services with them and will moving that immediately. This is not good, combination of slow support and wrong blame on abuse
