Atjeu Helpdesk is down?

Posted by PoRtCuLLiS, 11-16-2012, 11:45 AM When I try to go on Atjeu's helpdesk (S.A.M.) to write a ticket I get:
The connection has timed out
The server at ssl.atjeu.com is taking too long to respond.
Anyone else noticed this?
Posted by sohoben, 11-16-2012, 03:57 PM Their ticketing system is down for me also... PLUS I have a server down.. and no one is answering their support phones...
I hope it's sorted out soon.
