If your browsing any part of the whmcs.com site which uses a database its down. And now my license is invalid as it has not checked in a few days. Good job...

And, because they only allow support via online ticket system there's no way to contact them....

I would have expected this kind of thing before cPanel bought them up, not after.

We have several whmcs sites offline w/ invalid license errors now.

Down for me as well and definitely not happy. Way too many issues with whmcs lately and they need to make this right, ASAP. Considering we pay for our licenses as well as support, this is highly frustrating.

Just came up in the last minute or two then, because I was not able to log in to my back end when I responded.

Don't go by automated tools or a trip to the main website, the front page of their site was still up. Try to go to the forum or support, etc and you get the database error.

It looks like they are back now but they really need more of a buffer on the license, I don't need a bunch of angry clients after me because OUR support and billing were down.

After reading this thread, i immediately checked my both billing accounts, No Licensing errors on my side and not received any support ticket for this so i am sure all of my clients are fine.
