Hosteev.com Down ... constantly...

Posted by James_Harkin, 10-12-2012, 01:26 PM
Hosteev.com is down. AGAIN!

It is constantly down. Takes days and days for it to come back up.

Support is non existent. Support site is on the same server as client sites.

Never received refund, they always promise service will improve ... it never did...

Regards...

James

Are they providing a reason for this downtime?

The last response I got from the time before when it was down for five or six days and eventually their support site was active was "configuration error".

Regards...

Take this as a warning to move hosts, now, while you can still access your data.
Forget about the refund. Cut your losses.

Totally agree here, probably should have moved them before posting a bad review of them

Next time use a host that isn't faking their whois.
This is probably some kiddie host. Possibly even located out of the middle east.

You should have taken that as a clear sign and moved ahead immediately thereafter. Downtime for once can be justified, but there is no justification for non existent support. Pack your bags and get moving. Hopefully you have backups of your data.

Good Luck.

As I posted before on the other thread James.

Sorry to hear you are having a bad experience with our services. We are in the midst of migrating to new servers as we sent all clients an email about our suspected downtime in doing so. You should have received it? We had a problem with our data center which is why we are in the midst of migrating to new, faster, bigger servers. Please contact me directly about any other questions.

Regards
- Nick
