Semoweb server9 is down and no updates

Semoweb.com 's server9 is down since 14 hours. I created ticket 14 hours ago....... they replied after an hour that we will look at the issue and soon will update you. After 2 hours i again asked whats going on , they then didnt replied and updated my ticket to "in progress". Now after 14 hours i am still in hope for some reply or update. All sites on this server showing 404 error.
I hope they will update here. |

And there is no any information to clients.. |
